Hotel denied for check due to voucher amount is low, they done the fresh booking on cash rs 2500/ - due to late night checkin, i was not have any other options. So mmt should work properly to get the checkin on time

Very good hotel. Hygiene, safe and secure. Don't expect a 5 star treatment it is a hotel wich provides what we need and gives us a pleasant stay. Though you have reservations make sure you confirm with hotel a head

Hotel management is discouraging customer coming through mmt. Initially they denied breakfast while it was included in my booking. Their lift is malfunctioning creating lot of problems to senior citizens like me. Staff is cooperating in

Location of property is good. But all other things are not upto mark. They will call you in morning 10 am for check out. Hotel guy gave extra bill for tea. However tea was not ordered.

Hotel staff are not so cooperative, if we order water bottles some time they forget, tv is not working after many complaints are raised, breakfast is good, cleaning is good. Property is good but service is poor sometimes
